I want you to know I will be part of the change.
My specific purpose in beng Criminal Court Judge is motivated by a desire to restore dignity and confidence to the Criminal Court system of The 10th Judicial District. To do this, it is going to take a highly respected, articulate, fair, honest, and highly skilled criminal law attorney. I am that person.
Now that we have elected Steve Crump as our District Attorney and Andrew Freiberg as the other Circuit Court Judge responsible for hearing criminal cases, it is important for everyone to work together to have a clean sweep of conservative Republicans responsible for our criminal court system.
As a citizen and practicing attorney in our district, for over 20 years, I know the community, know the work, and know the culture of our area. My work as an assistant district attorney has given me broad and deep experience. I know the local law firms and the agencies, which serve the criminal justice system enabling me to be effective as your judge. For 30 years people have been mentoring me to be a member of the judiciary. My vast criminal court experience positions me to manage the caseload in an effective, ethical, legally correct, and productive manner. I am ready to serve on day one of the term.
· Work hard and apply my conservative principles to every case;
· Do it right the first time – I know the law and will follow the court process so that convictions are not overturned;
· Hold offenders accountable and yet consider all factors to determine those deserving of a second chance; and
· Be fair and impartial to all who appear in court. Most importantly, I will guard the rights of the victims.
I am honored to offer myself for public service as your criminal court judge. Even though I would prefer to meet every voter in the district, with 1,800 square miles to cover and 200,000 hands to shake, it is not possible. So, I am offering you a chance to me in this short video. You may feel free to contact me if you have questions.
